We try to provide useful and accurate information, however, errors may appear from

Exchange Policy:
If you are not satisfied with any of our products, we will exchange your model for a new one at your
original purchase price less shipping, handling and insurance costs. We ask that you return the item
in its original box with all parts pertaining to the item within 30 days of your purchase. Please contact
us at returns@harleyreplicas.com to receive a Return Authorization Number before sending it back.
Broken Items:
All pieces are repacked to prevent them from breaking during shipping, but if one should be broken
beyond reasonable repair we have the option of requesting a claim from the shipping company
delivering the item. In this case it may be necessary for the shipping company to pick up the item for
inspection and return to us. Once we have received the item we will re-ship the replacement item to
you at no cost to you.

All models are hand crafted items. No two are alike and therefore they are imperfect by nature.
There are color variations from model to model and we can not guarantee that the color consistency
will always be the same.
